He is coming for a serious rally of the All Progressives Congress for the Rivers East Senatorial District rerun elections which has been slated for October this year.
In a statement signed by the Election Committee Chairman, Engineer Sampson Ngerebara, the rally will kick off by 10am at the primary school field, Okehi in Etche local government area
